You Have Questions. I’m Happy to Help.
If you’ve never staged a home before, you probably have a few questions—and that’s completely normal.
I want the process to feel simple from the beginning, so I’ve answered some of the questions I’m asked most often below.
-
Home staging is about preparing a property to appeal to buyers.
I use furniture, artwork, décor, and thoughtful styling to highlight the home's best features, improve the way each space flows, and help buyers understand how the rooms can be used.
The goal isn't simply to decorate the house. It's to help buyers connect with it.
-
Not necessarily.
I usually recommend focusing on the spaces that have the greatest impact on buyers, such as the living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom, and other important areas of the home.
I'll look at your property and help you decide where staging will make the most difference.
-
We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
-
Absolutely. Vacant home staging is a big part of what I do.
I'll select and bring in the furniture, artwork, rugs, and accessories needed to give the home warmth, purpose, and personality.
-
Usually, no.
For vacant staging, I provide the staging furniture and accessories included in your selected staging package. For occupied homes, I'll first look at what you already have and recommend the best approach.
-
Every home is a little different, so pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of rooms being staged, and what the home needs.
Send me some basic information about the property and I'll provide a staging quote based on your specific needs.
-
The earlier, the better—especially if you already know your photography or listing date.
Scheduling in advance gives us time to plan the design, select the right pieces, and make sure everything is ready when you need it.
-
It depends on the size of the home and the amount of staging needed, but most installations can be completed within 2 to 3 days.
I'll discuss timing with you before we schedule your installation so you know exactly what to expect.
-
Yes. For the best result, the home should be clean and all remodeling, painting, repairs, and other contractor work should be completed before staging begins.
This protects the staging pieces and allows me to focus on what I'm there to do—make your home look amazing.
-
No. I may use decorative items to create the look and feel of a finished kitchen, pantry, or entertaining space, but I don't provide real food, bottled water, or other perishable products as part of staging.
-
That's the part we love!
Once you're ready for the staging to be removed, we'll coordinate a date for pickup according to the terms of your staging agreement.
-
Your staging agreement will explain the initial staging period and any options or costs associated with keeping the staging in place beyond that period.
I'll make sure you understand those details before we begin so there are no surprises.
-
We’re happy to style a game room and help it feel like part of the overall design of the home. However, we do not provide large or specialty game-room items such as pool tables, foosball tables, arcade games, or similar equipment. These pieces are extremely heavy and difficult to safely transport and install.
If the home already has game-room furniture or equipment in place, we can work with those pieces and add décor and finishing touches to help the space feel complete.
-
Please do!
I love working with Realtors and building ongoing relationships. If you have an upcoming listing, send me the property information and we'll talk about what it needs to become Market Ready.
-
Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.
-
I'd love to hear from you.
Tell me a little about your property, what you're working with, and when you're hoping to list. I'll help you figure out the next step.
